As the newest member of the Sports Buddies team his responsibilities include facilitating weekend activities and managing digital coordination to ensure the matches have meaningful and enriching experiences.
James feels that his role grants direct opportunities to make a measurable difference in the lives of the Littles. By facilitating weekend events and managing the logistics, he ensures that the matches are not only successful but also impactful. This hands-on approach allows him to see the positive changes and growth in the Littles, contributing directly to their personal development and confidence.
