BOA Technology has been a strong supporter of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado since 2017 and has made an incredible impact on the organization and community we serve.
BOA Technology and BBBSC partnered together to launch the Career Possibilities Program over the summer of 2021 to inspire and create career pathways for youth in Colorado. BOA is currently hosting four Littles for the second year as interns, giving them hands-on experience in the outdoor and STEM industry. Following their internship, BOA awards each Little with a $2,500 scholarship.
BOA Technology sponsors many of BBBSC’s events. This year, BOA was the presenting sponsor for Cards for Kids, Ace Sponsor at Sanctuary Golf Classic, a Premiere sponsor for the upcoming Big Little Gala, and an Ace Sponsor for the upcoming TopGolf for Kids’ Sake. Lastly, BOA generously partnered with BBBSC by hosting our first-ever Big Block Party at their beautiful location which resulted in 56 inquiries to become a Big.
We are honored to have BOA CEO Shawn Neville serving on our Board of Directors and Big Little Gala Chair. With his passion, leadership, and commitment to helping youth in Colorado achieve their full potential, BBBSC has reached new heights in fundraising and program initiatives. Sarah Diamond, Chief People & Culture Officer, also joined our Board of Directors in 2022. Elissa Banker, Director of Community Development & Partnerships, joined our Associate Board and has been heavily involved in the Career Possibilities Program.
