Receiving this award speaks directly to our mission, which is to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth.
The National Mentoring Partnership believes in the importance of recognizing programs that commit to continuous quality improvement by initiating in NQMS (National Quality Mentoring System) work.
This was our first time being evaluated for this recognition, and we have always strived to help youth to realize their full potential by offering one-to-one mentoring programs in a variety of settings and formats (Community, Mentor 2.0, SportsBuddies, Military Mentoring) across the Denver-Metro and Pikes Peak regions.
We are able to offer quality mentoring across the eight counties that we serve and strive for continuous improvement and internal experimentation. Our size and scale enable us to actively participate in national research programs and innovative new program ideas.
