Hello, my name is Frehiwot (Frey) Semegn and I have been a program specialist for 3 years at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado!
- Tell us something that most people don’t know about you. I take a cardio kickboxing class (sadly, only once a week). I started a little over 2 years ago and have been addicted ever since – partially because the instructor is an amazing woman.
- What would you do (for a career) if you weren’t doing this? Become an entrepreneur – the thought of being able to create a business from scratch and become a self-made success blows my mind.
- What would you most like to tell yourself at age 13? Life throws you major curveballs. You will feel incredible during the highest of the highs and like the world is caving in on you during the lowest of the lows. You will be faced with things you never would have imagined happening but through it all remember that with time, all will pass and most importantly, have faith in knowing everything happens for a reason.
