On March 28th, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado hosted their first anniversary party of the year for matches who are a part of either the Sports Buddies or Community program! All matches who passed their match anniversary in January, February, or March were invited. Their match anniversaries ranged anywhere from 1 to 7 years!
We celebrated these terrific matches with pizza, thanks to our discount and partnership with Papa John’s, Girl Scout cookies, and games! Each match was recognized in front of the group with an anniversary certificate. Best of all, matches shared their favorite memories, funniest moments, and lessons learned throughout their time in the program so far! A super fun night for all involved!
BBBSC will be hosting anniversary parties each quarter to recognize matches who have hit this milestone in their match relationships.
