Site-based program specialist
The Program Specialist manages and supports mentoring relationships between volunteers and youth at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado. This role focuses on appropriate matching, match support, child safety, mentor coaching, data tracking, and facilitating orientations, trainings, and events. The Program Specialist connects families to resources as needed, provides program updates for grants and marketing, represents BBBSC professionally, and ensures timely reporting and completion of program goals.
