About BBBSC in Denver
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado (BBBSC) partners with families, schools, and community organizations across Denver to create and support mentoring relationships that help young people thrive. Through one-to-one mentorship, we match Denver youth, called Littles, with caring adult mentors, known as Bigs, who provide consistent encouragement and connection.
In 2024, BBBSC served more than 1,500 youth statewide, with hundreds of those mentoring relationships rooted in Denver communities. When Bigs show up for their Littles, confidence grows, goals become clearer, and neighborhoods are strengthened through lasting relationships.

SCHOOL & SITE-BASED MENTORING
Our site-based mentoring programs take place directly at schools and partner locations across the Denver area. These structured settings give Bigs and Littles a space to meet during or after school hours for activities, homework help, and conversation.

Community-Based Mentoring
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado offers one-to-one, community-based mentoring throughout the Denver metro area. This flexible model matches youth ages 9–17 with caring adult mentors—called Bigs—who meet regularly with their Littles to explore shared interests, volunteer, and build connection through everyday activities. Our Big Futures program supports youth ages 13 and up with additional guidance around education, career planning, and life skills.

How to Get Involved
Become a Big
